Deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve your place in our production schedule and are used to allocate components for your individual timepiece. Should you have any questions before placing your reservation, we’re always happy to help.

Due to the limited-production and individually assembled nature of Iron Coast watches, returns are highly discourage.  Our goal is ultimately 100% satisfaction, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your timepieces to address any concerns.
