Is this a finished watch?
No. All watches are made only to order. Once you place an order, we source each part individually and assemble your timepiece one at a time.
When will watches ship?
Estimated completion timeline is approximately 90 days from reservation confirmation.
Is the reservation deposit refundable?
Reservation deposits are non-refundable and apply toward the final purchase price.
How many watches will be produced?
Each production run is regulated to ensure we can fulfill our 90 day production estimate. This means some production runs maybe closed early to allow us to catch up, depending on demand.
What movement powers the River Pilot?
Seiko NH35 movement automatic movement.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Iron Coast provides a 1 year limited warranty covering movement and assembly defects under normal use conditions.
