The Quartermaster’s
Commission

1. Sponsor

The 2026 Quartermaster’s Commission (“Promotion”) is sponsored and administered by Iron Coast Timepieces LLC, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, USA (“Sponsor” or “Iron Coast”). Promotion inquiries may be directed to info@ironcoasttimepieces.com.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins September 9, 2026 and ends November 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time (“Promotion Period”). All qualifying entry actions must be completed by the end of the Promotion Period. Sponsor’s records will serve as the official timekeeping method.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, owners, officers, members, agents and representatives of Iron Coast Timepieces LLC, members of their immediate households, and individuals directly involved in administering the Promotion are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to Enter

Eligible individuals may receive a maximum of two (2) entries. Both entry methods are free and operate independently.

Regardless of names, aliases, email addresses, Facebook accounts, or other identifiers used, no individual may receive more than two entries.

5. Sharing & Social Engagement

Sharing the Quartermaster’s Commission announcement, commenting, tagging friends, or otherwise helping spread the word is welcomed and appreciated, but is not required and does not provide an additional entry or increase the entrant’s odds of winning.

6. Purchases & River Time

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. An entrant’s purchase history, number of Iron Coast Timepieces owned, amount spent with Iron Coast, River Time balance, or River Time earned through purchases does not generate entries into the 2026 Quartermaster’s Commission and does not increase the entrant’s odds of winning. Captain’s Crew and River Time may continue to operate independently of this Promotion.

7. Entry Verification & Facebook Aliases

Captain’s Crew entries may be verified using Sponsor’s membership records. Facebook entries may be verified using follower information available to Sponsor through its official Facebook Page and related administrative tools.

Entrants are not required to use their legal name on Facebook or the same name associated with their Captain’s Crew account. If a Facebook entry is selected, Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential winner through the Facebook account associated with that entry.

The potential winner must provide sufficient information to verify identity and eligibility. Use of multiple accounts, identities or aliases for the purpose of obtaining more than two entries is prohibited. Automated, fraudulent, fictitious, duplicate or manipulated entries may be disqualified.

8. The Prize — The Quartermaster’s Commission

One eligible entrant will be selected to receive the 2026 Quartermaster’s Commission.

The selected Quartermaster will work directly with Iron Coast Timepieces to develop a one-of-one Iron Coast Timepiece commissioned specifically for the recipient.

The prize is intentionally not a predetermined watch. The commissioned timepiece will be built around an NH-series Japanese automatic mechanical movement platform.

Depending upon compatibility and availability, the resulting watch may take the form of a diver, GMT, dress watch, traditional three-hand watch, ladies-size watch, or another configuration supported by the NH platform.

The Quartermaster may participate in selecting or developing the case, movement configuration, dial, hands, bezel where applicable, strap or bracelet, engraving and other compatible design elements. All selections remain subject to component availability, technical compatibility, manufacturing feasibility, safety and quality requirements, intellectual-property considerations and final approval by Iron Coast.

9. One-of-One Designation

“One-of-one” refers to the completed Quartermaster’s Commission, its final commissioned configuration and its designation as the recipient’s commissioned piece. It does not prohibit Iron Coast from using similar cases, movements, colors, materials, components, design concepts or individual elements in other timepieces.

10. Prize Value

Maximum Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $700 USD. The prize has no cash alternative and may not be exchanged for cash, store credit or another Iron Coast product. If the final timepiece has an actual retail value below $700, the difference will not be awarded.

11. Random Selection & Odds

On or about November 3, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one potential Quartermaster from all eligible entries. Each valid entry has an equal chance of selection. An individual possessing two valid entries will appear twice in the eligible entry pool; an individual possessing one valid entry will appear once.

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

12. Notification & Verification

If a Captain’s Crew entry is selected, Sponsor may contact the potential winner using the email address or other information associated with that membership. If a Facebook entry is selected, Sponsor may contact the potential winner through the Facebook account associated with that entry.

The potential winner has 48 hours from the time the initial notification is sent to respond and begin eligibility verification. Sponsor may require verification of identity, age, U.S. residency and compliance with these Official Rules, together with reasonable eligibility, release, publicity and prize-acceptance documentation.

13. Alternate Selection

If the potential winner fails to respond within 48 hours, cannot reasonably be contacted, is ineligible, declines the prize, fails to provide required verification or otherwise fails to comply with these Rules, Sponsor may randomly select an alternate from the remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor anticipates an initial alternate selection, if necessary, on or about November 6, 2026, and may select additional alternates if reasonably necessary.

14. Public Announcement

Subject to successful verification and acceptance, Iron Coast intends to publicly announce the 2026 Quartermaster on or about November 9, 2026, including through On the Nine and Iron Coast digital channels. The announcement may be delayed if additional verification or alternate selection is required.

15. Design & Delivery

Following verification, the Quartermaster will work directly with Iron Coast to develop the final commissioned timepiece. Sponsor intends to complete and deliver the watch within approximately 90 days following final design approval and confirmation of required components, subject to component availability and circumstances reasonably outside Sponsor’s control.

16. Name, Image & Likeness

Acceptance of the Quartermaster’s Commission requires the winner to agree to reasonable publicity associated with the Commission. Except where prohibited by law, the winner agrees that Iron Coast may use the winner’s name, image, likeness, voice, general biographical information, submitted materials, and photographs, video or other depictions of the commissioned timepiece and its design/build process for Iron Coast promotional, advertising, editorial, social-media, website and archival purposes without additional compensation.

17. Conduct & Disqualification

Sponsor may disqualify any participant reasonably determined to have manipulated the Promotion, falsified qualifying actions, attempted to obtain more than the permitted entries, interfered with verification, impersonated another person, used automated or fraudulent methods, or otherwise violated these Rules.

18. Modification, Suspension or Cancellation

To the extent permitted by law, Sponsor may suspend, modify, extend or cancel the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, platform changes, legal or regulatory requirements, events outside Sponsor’s reasonable control, or other circumstances materially affect its integrity or administration. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate Iron Coast channel.

19. Release & Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Iron Coast Timepieces LLC and its owners, members, officers, representatives, agents and contractors from claims arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, except where prohibited by law. Nothing in these Rules waives rights that cannot legally be waived.

20. Facebook / Meta Disclaimer

The Quartermaster’s Commission is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc. Participants acknowledge that information submitted in connection with the Promotion is provided to Iron Coast Timepieces LLC and not to Facebook or Meta.

To the extent permitted by law, participants release Facebook and Meta Platforms, Inc. from claims arising from or relating to this Promotion. Questions or complaints concerning the Promotion should be directed to Iron Coast Timepieces and not Facebook or Meta.

21. Governing Law

The Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

22. Winner Information

Following verification and public announcement, the identity of the 2026 Quartermaster and information concerning the awarded Commission may be published through Iron Coast Timepieces’ website, social channels, On the Nine and other Iron Coast communications as permitted by law.

23. General Conditions

Sponsor’s decisions regarding administration of the Promotion, verification of entries, interpretation of these Official Rules and awarding of the prize will be final to the extent permitted by applicable law. If any provision is determined invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
